We may keep your ad off a particular screen where it would compete with the business hosting it — a rival restaurant does not run inside a restaurant. It is judged case by case, and the price does not change.
One price for the whole network covers most of what people need. These are the things it does not, and each is arranged case by case — tell us what you want and we will quote it.

Hand the template to whoever designs your ad. It is the exact canvas at full size, with the safe area marked — including the bottom strip, which in a real room is usually behind a counter, a chair or a queue. Background belongs there; a phone number does not.
A still image is required even if you also supply video. A screen plays photos or video, never both at once, and the photo programme is what runs by default — so without a still, your ad would sit out most days. If you do not have artwork, we make it.
What we will not run
Our screens sit in a medical waiting room and a family restaurant, so the bar is higher than the law requires.

- Violence, or anything glorifying it
- Content demeaning any group
- Unsubstantiated health, medical or financial claims
- Anything that would embarrass the business hosting the screen

How much does it cost to advertise?
$70 a month or $600 a year, and either price puts your ad on every screen in the network. There are no packages, and no minimum term beyond the month you pay for.
Where are the screens?
In 7 venues across Winnipeg: a barbershop, restaurants, a food store, a medical clinic, a co-working space and a church. Each venue has its own page with photographs, opening hours and directions.
Do I have to be in Winnipeg to advertise?
No. Any business in Canada can advertise. The screens hang in Winnipeg, and many of the businesses on them work nationally.
What artwork do I need to supply?
One vertical image, 2160 × 3840 pixels, as a JPG or PNG under 50 MB. Video (MP4) is welcome as well, but a still image is required because the screens play photographs by default. A template with the safe area marked is on this page, and if you have no designer we can make the artwork for you.
How long does my ad show for?
An 11-second spot each time the loop comes round, on every screen.
How do I know my ad is running?
Dated photographs of your ad on the wall are taken and shared with you. Every ad live on the network is also shown in the Art Hub, with your phone and WhatsApp tappable beneath it.
Can I change my ad?
Annual advertisers can change their ad up to 3 times a year. If you need more changes, a longer spot or a short run for an event, tell us and we will quote it.
What will you not run?
Nothing sexual, violent or demeaning, no unsubstantiated health or financial claims, and nothing that would embarrass the business hosting the screen. A person approves every advertisement before it goes up.
